Christopher Lloyd was an avid collector of work by Alan Caiger-Smith, the founder of Aldermaston Pottery and examples of his work are found throughout the house.
These limited edition tin-glazed earthenware bowls and plates have been designed by former Aldermaston potters Ursula Waechter and Andrew Hazelden as a nod to the connection between Great Dixter and the pottery.
This plate by Andrew Hazelden has been thrown on the wheel and hand-painted in an original Aldermaston floral design. The back is wired for hanging.
