Aaron Bertelsen, Kitchen Gardener and Cook at Great Dixter will lead this Study Day held at Great Dixter House and Gardens. Refreshments and lunch are included and we are offering a 10% discount on plant sales for attendees in the nursery on the day.
Gain an insight into Great Dixter’s vegetable garden. Discover the work that goes into growing, harvesting, preparing and cooking produce from Great Dixter's Kitchen Garden. There will be tips on cultivar choice and cultivation through the year with emphasis on maintaining a full plot of seasonal fruit and vegetables, as well as ideas on how to create delicious meals using your produce.
The day includes refreshments and one of Aaron's recipes from his book, The Great Dixter Cook Book, for lunch.
